Abandoned Khovrinskaya Hospital (demolished). Abandoned hospital in Khovrino. Khovrina Hospital: myths and legends On what street is the hospital located?

Construction of the hospital began in 1980 and stopped in 1985. Initially, the hospital was designed for 1,300 beds and was supposed to be one of the best in Moscow. Since the suspension of construction, the building remains unfinished, which attracts many people. It is noteworthy that the exact reasons for the suspension of construction are unknown. According to one version, there was a lack of financial resources, according to another, unsatisfactory quality of construction, which could lead to the collapse of the building during operation.

Layout of the Khovrinskaya abandoned hospital.

The appearance of the building is original and rather atypical for an administrative building during the Soviet period. The hospital building is designed in the shape of a triangular cross with additional branches at the ends. The hospital has 2 buildings: the main building, shaped like a star, and the ophthalmology building, which was supposed to house a morgue and crematorium.

The name of the Khovrinskaya hospital.

The Khovrinskaya abandoned hospital has many names: KhZB, Khovrinka and even Umbrella. The name Umbrella was given to the hospital by stalkers who regularly try to enter the complex. The hospital acquired this nickname due to the similarity of its building shape to the logo of an ominous corporation from the series of popular computer games “Resident Evil.”

Plans for the use of the Khovrinskaya abandoned hospital.

Until 2009, the abandoned hospital building was the subject of a property dispute between the Moscow Property Department and the VPK-Technotex enterprise. Since 2009, the unfinished complex of buildings has been transferred to the ownership of the city of Moscow and, according to preliminary plans, should undergo demolition and subsequent construction of new buildings on the old site.

Interesting facts and rumors of the Khovrinsky abandoned hospital.

On one of the walls of the hospital it is written: “This hospital is a land of miracles, I entered it and disappeared there.”
- The abandoned building of the Khovrinskaya hospital has a bad criminal reputation. The rumors are confirmed by periodic attacks on curious people in the hospital, as well as accidents and suicides.
- Among the stalkers and diggers who have taken a fancy to the abandoned complex, there are legends that Satanists are operating in the building. The sect performs rituals and holds black masses. Later, rumors spread that authorities had taken measures to eliminate the sect from the abandoned building.

Abandoned hospital in Khovrino: myths and facts

This place haunted us for a long time and excited our imagination: so much history and myths are associated with it. As a result, it was decided to organize a small “expedition” there. And this is what came out of it.

A little history

Grachevsky Park (Khovrino estate)
The Khovrino estate (now Grachevsky Park and the Moscow Regional Hospital for Rehabilitation) was founded in 1840 - 1850.
Soldiers and officers of the Panfilov Rifle Division are buried in Grachevsky Park.
The Golovin Khovrino estate, known since the first half of the 18th century, was acquired and renamed by the merchant M.S. Grachev at the end of the 19th century. In 1898 - 1900, the architect G.A. Kaiser, according to the design of L.N. Kekushev, built a new complex consisting of a main house, an outbuilding, a stable, and a carriage house. At the request of the owner, the casino in Monte Carlo was chosen as the prototype, which was reflected both in the general composition of the main house and in the external forms of the buildings. The abundance of open loggias, terraces, the variety of silhouettes with towers, baroque domes, lush stucco molding and sculpture both on the facades and in the interiors create an original image of the ensemble, unique for Moscow. The manor park (regular linden and landscape with ponds on the Likhoborka River) was formed in the 18th - early 19th centuries. The five-domed Znamenskaya Church was built in 1868 - 1870 by architect M.D. Bykovsky for the then owner Count E.V. Molchanov (only the central chapter has survived; restoration is underway). The wooden outbuilding and greenhouse probably date back to the same time.

Khovrinskaya Hospital, Moscow.
It is an unfinished hospital with a capacity of 1,300 beds (according to other sources, 1,500). Construction began in 1981, according to some sources, on the site of a cemetery adjacent to the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God "of the Sign" (the cemetery was liquidated in 1960), according to others, on the site of a huge swamp.

It was drained, concreted and the construction of a sub-hospital bombard began, after which construction began on a hospital with several entrances for ambulances, its own helipad and its own morgue. Construction was frozen almost before its completion (all that remained was the interior decoration) due to the fact that the hospital began to go underground at a very systematic rate of one meter per year. Previously, the entrances for ambulances were at road level, but now they are 12 meters lower, like the hospital itself...
Whether there was a swamp there or not is not known for sure, but it is known for certain that the Likhoborka River flows underground under the hospital itself (or very close to it). There is also a version that there was simply a “quicksand” underneath the hospital and, due to a mistake by geologists, the building began to “move”, cracks appeared, but one way or another, in 1985, under unclear circumstances, it stopped. At the beginning, the building was guarded by the army and was strategically important, but a year later it turned out to be completely abandoned.
They tried many times to resume construction, but to no avail.

The last time an attempt was made was in 2003 (the photo above is from that year). As for the current state of affairs (at the time of writing), then:
According to unofficial data
The hospital must be reconstructed. Moreover, by the forces of HP. In return, Luzhkov gives them 3 mansions (one on the other side of the park, the rest in the center of Moscow).

Press:
The capital's government plans to move a number of hospitals from the historical city center to the outskirts of Moscow.
City Hospital No. 23 named after Medsantrud should move from Yauzskaya Street to the Khovrino district, to Klinskaya Street. City Clinical Hospital No. 19 will go there from Bolshoi Predtechensky Lane. The vacant buildings in the center will go to the investor, who has committed to build a multidisciplinary hospital with 1,300 beds on Klinskaya Street, the Moscow Government Information Center reports.

Official data (quote from the website hov.sao.mos.ru):
The Moscow Government made a decision to eliminate the long-term construction; in this regard, it issued an order dated June 2, 2004 No. 1089-RP “On the resumption of work on the long-term construction of a city multidisciplinary hospital with 1,300 beds at the address: Klinskaya St., no. 2 (Northern Administrative District) ".
Currently, the construction investor is developing initial permits and design documentation.

The Moscow government decided to liquidate the long-term construction; in this regard, it issued an order dated June 2, 2004 No. 1089-RP “On the resumption of work on the completion of the city multidisciplinary hospital for 1300 beds at the address: st. Klinskaya, vl. 2 (SAO).”
However, to date, work has not begun, since, according to information from the Moscow Department of Health, federal structures are claiming rights to this facility, and therefore the issue has been considered in arbitration courts for a long time.
A new clinic for residents of the area will be built no later than 2009 at the address: st. Zelenogradskaya, 27, building 1. The issue of its construction is not related to the liquidation of the existing long-term construction of a multidisciplinary hospital.

One way or another, the hospital will either be reconstructed, fortunately, this can be done:
There are two long-term construction projects in Khovrin; they are already more than 20 years old. A hospital was supposed to be located in one of the buildings on Klinskaya Street, 2. But suddenly the construction was frozen, and now I can’t even remember why. Only recently did the building attract attention again. The positive result of the examination will allow its completion. Clinical hospitals No. 19 and 23 will be located here, which by that time will be removed from the Central District of the capital
, or they will simply demolish it, as people remember this building more and more often.
The layout of the hospital is very unusual. There are 2 buildings on the territory: the main building and an ophthalmology clinic (according to other sources - a morgue).
The main building is shaped like an asterisk, or rather a biohazard sign, which is why the hospital is also often called “Umbrella” (Umbrella Corporation is a fictional pharmaceutical company engaged in research in the field of genetics and bioengineering from the series of games, and later, films, Resident Evil - Resident Evil).

6 wings extend from it, which are connected by 3 floor passages. The building itself is a 10-story structure, with 3 roof levels and a 2-4 level basement. The clinic building is a 3-story building with a 2-4 level basement. The second basement level of both buildings is partially flooded, making exploration of the other levels much more difficult.

Myths, Rumors, Legends:

Satanists, Club Nimostor (Nemostor)

One of the names of the Khovrinsk hospital is the Nemostor Club in honor of the rumored satanic sect Nemostor, which once lived here and practiced human sacrifice. They say that all the people who disappeared in Khovrinka are the work of their hands. Some say that the sect set up its church in the basement of the main building, others - in the tunnel between the main building and the second building, others - that meetings were held in the main building, and the “headquarters” of the sect leaders were equipped in the tunnel. According to rumors, at this time, people (especially children) and dogs began to disappear in the Khovrinka area, which were then sacrificed to Satan or simply killed. Black masses were also held. Soon our valiant police became aware of this and a raid was organized on the Satanists with the participation of riot police, police dogs and other paraphernalia. Again, there are two versions of further events - according to one, the Satanists were driven into the basement of the main building and shot, and then the basement was flooded (a lake that does not dry up can be seen today), according to the other, the Satanists were squeezed into a tunnel between two buildings and the tunnel was flooded. They also say that the man who showed the cops the passage to the tunnel disappeared. For a short time the hospital remained empty, except for homeless people. Then the hospital again became a haven for Satanists - the Black Cross sect. What happened to her is unknown.
Despite the sad fate of their predecessors, Satanists still gather in the hospital after sunset and perform rituals.
But they do this no longer in the basement, but on the 5th floor of the main building. They have a special room there in the very center. The room has no windows or doors. They get there by moving the wall. No one sticks around there, not even the police, although there is a chance that they don’t know about its existence.

Hospital spirit

They say Khovrinka has a Spirit. The spirit of Nimostor - as it is called. In the semi-basement there is a hall, the walls of which are covered with satanic texts, symbols, in the Gothic style. This place is called the Nimostor Club. Now, the Spirit is there. It’s just that not everyone can smell it... Moreover, you can negotiate with him! To some my words will seem absurd, but this is so, as I say...
However, the Spirit does not touch women - according to one version, due to the fact that there were much more deaths of women during the time of the Satanists than men. This fact cannot be proven; it can only be taken on faith. I have never encountered such an atmosphere anywhere before...

The light of the lantern picked out the inscriptions on the walls: “666”, something to the glory of Satan... I remembered the story of the neighboring grandmothers. A compassionate old woman lived in a neighboring house. Somehow she lost her mongrel and decided to look for him inside the building. In one of the rooms she came across a dead dog, which she hardly recognized as her pet. His paws were tied with rope. Nearby, the grandmother found another pair of severed and tied dog paws, with which she went to the police. Law enforcement officers conducted raids for several days, but failed to detain anyone. And a week later, a pensioner who decided to track down the killers, under mysterious circumstances, fell into a trap in a bad house and died there for several days with broken legs.

Wall of Memory (Wailing), Edge.

Krayushkin Alexey Igorevich 1989-2005 He died in this building, fell into a mine... And he was only 16 years old.. The wall is completely covered with words of memory and love.. Poems.

Raf
Raf is another resident of the hospital. Information about this strange character is minimal. He is said to be the god of Umbrella. Her keeper. He is there all the time, although we won’t find him if we want to. There were cases when he saved people who had fallen into traps or were in trouble. But after assistance was provided, he disappeared again.

Mystic
There are numerous eyewitness accounts of strange shadows and sounds appearing in the hospital after dark. Moreover, these shadows have a completely definite silhouette, always the same - a dark cone.

Hmm, then around midnight I walked around the entire basement - silence, except for glitches and birds.
I fired a signal signal on the first floor - nothing at all, everything froze, even if the birds flew up, a dog barked in the distance - nothing.
went outside, some very incomprehensible movement in the area of the seventh or sixth (not light, but shadows (at night!)), took aim, the salvo hit the wall between the floors, the signal calmly falls down and then, as if someone jumped onto an iron sheet, or threw several on the floor.
According to rumors, this hospital was going to make a training ground for service dogs. So far these rumors have not come true. I found information that NSOs are training there. True, I’ve never seen them there, but you can feel their presence there. Well, everything matches from the photos.

Khovrinka basements: (And there are puppies there even now =))
This is what happens with objects: ...

Legends say that the hospital was built on an abandoned cemetery, which is why the place turned out to be disastrous: 2-4-level basements are flooded, the buildings are slowly going underground. Also, according to the main legend, once upon a time, riot police blocked members of the Nemostor Satanist sect on the underground floors of the hospital and blew up the tunnel on both sides. Some of the sectarians were buried alive, or rather, flooded with groundwater.

Of course, legends always diverge from reality to one degree or another, but, be that as it may, the Satanists left the hospital. Just like the homeless. What remained were “stalkers” and extreme sports fans, plus “tourists” from all over the country. At one time, a nighttime extreme skating rink was organized on the flooded levels in winter. Then the project was unexpectedly closed, according to rumors - after a police raid.

On the wall of one of the hospital buildings on the side of Klinskaya Street there is a drawing: some kind of symbol, the word “spirit”. The artist had to demonstrate industrial mountaineering skills. Namely: having climbed onto the roof, fasten yourself to a halyard, and descend along a vertical wall without windows. This artist-climber had strong nerves: under his feet there was a height of 20 meters, and not the ground, but pieces of concrete, brick, steel reinforcement.

The Central Internal Affairs Directorate informed me that the territory was not guarded from April 2009 to April 2011. True, police officers in the Khovrino district regularly detained teenagers and conducted preventive conversations with them and their parents. Nevertheless, there are plenty of people who want to visit the killer hospital. From January 1 to June 2011, 72 minors were caught on the territory and taken to the Khovrinsky police department, police took 12 teenagers from the killer hospital to a regular hospital: the guys were injured. It is extremely easy to break a leg in KhZB: reinforcement sticks out everywhere, there are a lot of holes and dips. Among the target audience, a night trip to Khovrinka (dangerous during the day, but not so scary) is comparable in degree of coolness to a trip to the Chernobyl zone.

The hospital today is surrounded by a metal fence made of welded mesh, topped with barbed wire. On two sides along the perimeter there are ordinary city streets, on one side there is an industrial zone and on the other side there is the Grachevka park. The security is not noticeable, but it is there: 6 soldiers from two private security companies plus dogs are on duty around the clock.

Security was tightened after another tragedy: in May, an 18-year-old extreme tourist from the Moscow region died here. The guy walked into the territory, went up to the 8th floor, tripped and fell into the elevator shaft.

As a rule, all deaths are declared accidents. Only one drama by Khovrin’s “Resident Evil” is recognized as suicide. 6 years ago, 16-year-old Alexey Krayushkin threw himself from the roof because of unrequited love. He has his own memorial: on the 2nd floor of one of the buildings, the entire wall is painted with graffiti, poems and simply farewell autographs: “The region, we mourn and remember.”

This place is considered a “must” to visit: if you somehow broke through the barbed wire, evil Chop dogs, missed the ghosts and safely passed the elevator shafts and sharp fittings, then you must honor the memory of the Edge. And also - take a photo with the famous inscription: “This hospital is a land of miracles, I went into it and disappeared there.” Your teenage friends will be jealous.

Khovrinskaya (KhZB) is a building located in the Northern District of Moscow, in the Khovrino district. Not far from the hospital there is a railway station located on the road leading to St. Petersburg.

History of creation

The first mention of the hospital appeared in 1979. However, construction began only in 1980. The authors of the project were I. Ya. Yadrov, I. Kosnikova, K. Knyazeva, A. Saukke, A. Moiseenko and N. Khovrina, it was built under the strict guidance of I. A. Tsfas, E. Antonov, V. Paikova and L. Krylyshkina. Five years later, in 1985, the construction was stopped. For thirty years the building has stood unfinished and is considered abandoned.

According to some reports, the hospital was built on the site of an old cemetery. At the very beginning of construction work, the ground was concreted. The unfinished hospital in Khovrino was closed even before all work was completed: the exterior of the building was completely ready, only the interior layout remained.

The actual construction is still classified as “secret”. However, there are several versions:

  1. The Department of Property did not have any registration for this property.
  2. Due to the mistakes of geologists, the building was built above, so it began to go underground.
  3. Design errors. Due to unstable soils, the building is sinking down.
  4. Lack of funding.

What actually influenced the closure of the hospital is unknown. At first, the site was guarded and considered “strategically important,” but after some time it became completely abandoned.

Structure and appearance

Khovrina Hospital has a very unusual layout and has two buildings. The main one is built in the form of a three-rayed star with six branches at the ends. These three wings are connected in the middle. If you look at the object from above, the construction of the building resembles a Biohazard sign. The main building has eleven floors and a three-level roof.

The second building was an ophthalmology building. It consists of three floors, where the morgue and crematorium were located.

The basement of the building is very large and goes four floors deep. Today it is partially flooded with water, which does not go away either in winter or in summer. Despite the temperature, the water is always covered with a thick layer of ice.

According to the project, the Khovrin hospital contained several entrances for ambulances and its own. Due to the cessation of construction, the interfloor ceilings in the building remained unfinished, partitions and some fragments of walls were missing. According to experts, by 2015 the hospital had sunk 12 meters underground. And the first floor, located at road level, sank much lower. In addition, cracks began to form on the walls of the building.

Sect "Nemostor"

The unfinished hospital in Khovrino was guarded by the military for a whole year after construction was frozen. When they left the area, thrill-seekers became interested in the building. And the first of these were the Satanists. Their sect was called “Nemostor”.

It is believed that Satanists gathered in the hospital for black masses. They took place in the basement walls, where there were no windows and where sunlight did not penetrate. They equipped their sanctuary and built a kind of church where they made human sacrifices. In addition, Satanists staged dark rituals and mass orgies.

In the late 80s - early 90s of the twentieth century, cases of missing people became more frequent in the Khovrino area. Not only citizens without a fixed place of residence disappeared, but also children, teenagers, and animals. It was believed that all the missing were sacrificed to Satan, so they were sent to the oven and burned. An abandoned hospital in Khovrino stores in its basement two such ovens and satanic churches that were not flooded.

The sectarians did not operate for long. When local law enforcement agencies learned about the sect, an order was received to clean up the hospital building. A riot police team stormed the facility, but the Satanists were not going to give up. Then there are two versions of events:

  1. The sectarians were caught. They were not taken to the department, but were shot in the basement, after which they filled it with water.
  2. The sectarians resisted, but they were driven into a tunnel located in the basement. Next, a riot police detachment blew up the tunnel from both sides and flooded it with water. As a result, the Satanists drowned.

These are the events rumored to have taken place in the Khovrino area. The hospital (photo below) was empty for a while, taking the lives of Satanists in a terrible basement.

Black Masses of Satanists

The Mass is the main Christian and Catholic ritual of worship. Black Mass is a ceremony directed against Christianity, or a satanic type of ritual.

Satanists who performed black masses desecrated Christian symbols. For example:

  • Black candles were placed instead of white ones.
  • The cross was turned over.
  • We used a six-pointed star.
  • Mushrooms, which have a narcotic effect, were burned on the altar in order to achieve a foggy state as quickly as possible.
  • The sect leader read sermons and praised Satan.
  • We read the prayers in reverse order.
  • They cursed the Christian religion and Jesus.

The leader threw the cross with the crucified Jesus on the ground, and the sectarians tried in every possible way to desecrate it. All this ended in a mass orgy, and the Satanists were in a “trance”.

Name from stalkers

Stalkers is an English word that translates as “hunter”. This term was coined by the Strugatsky brothers to denote professionals who guide people into forbidden areas or to forbidden objects (the Strugatsky brothers are science fiction writers from the Soviet Union).

Since the hospital building is considered unsuitable, it is better not to appear there without experienced stalkers. They know all the dangerous places and will help you avoid an accident. It is precisely because the abandoned hospital in Khovrino, or rather its structure, resembles a “biochemical danger” sign that the stalkers nicknamed it Umbrella.

In Umbrella, not only did sacrifices take place, but there were also cases of murder and even suicide. The hospital has not become a place where lives are saved, it has become a place that takes these lives. She took lives because of faith, chance or unrequited love.

Umbrella - neuropsychiatric hospital

Psychoneurology is a branch of psychiatry and neuropathology that studies neuroses. Neuroses are a group of mental diseases.

The psychoneurological hospital in Khovrino was to become the largest in the district. The building was designed for 1300 seats. Everything was already ready: the plumbing was in place, the pipes were installed without flaws, the glass and frames were installed, and signs were hanging on the doors. The rest still had a lot of work to do. In addition, furniture and equipment were brought into some offices.

When the project was frozen, guards were posted around the perimeter of the hospital. The building was under strict control for a year, and after that it became of no use to anyone. This is where the looting by the population began. They took away plumbing fixtures, removed tiles and glass, and sold pipes for scrap.

The hospital was supposed to save lives and treat children. More than 1000 patients could change their lives and improve their health, but this did not come true. Thus, the children's psychoneurological hospital in Khovrino could help children, but now, on the contrary, it is taking their lives.

Myths and legends about the Khovrinskaya hospital

There are a large number of legends surrounding the building of the hospital. Here are some of them:

  1. The most famous is about the Satanists “Nemostor”. They offered both human and animal sacrifices. However, none of the sectarians are already alive.
  2. It is believed that the Khovrin hospital takes away those who awakened the souls of the dead. There lived an old woman whose dog disappeared. She found her remains in the hospital basement. In addition to her dog, there were corpses of other dogs. She took the “evidence” to the local authorities, and a criminal case was initiated. A few days later, my grandmother went to Khovrino and fell into a trap. Having broken both her legs, she died long and painfully.
  3. It is believed that ghosts can be seen in the hospital. They appear more often at night and can drive a person crazy.
  4. They say that the hospital is very cold. Although there are no windows or doors, the temperature is much lower than outside the building.
  5. There were rumors that the building was very quiet, not even birdsong could be heard. And in such deathly silence you can hear the crying or scream of a child, as well as ominous quiet music coming from the basement.

Children's Hospital (Khovrino): our days

Despite strict control, another sect of Satanists settled in the hospital. They are not afraid of the terrible fate of their predecessors. They conduct their rituals in the very middle of the building - on the fifth floor, gather afterwards and do not use human sacrifices.

After numerous murders in the hospital building, observation posts were located along the perimeter of the territory and guards were posted. There is an iron fence with barbed wire around the facility. However, this does not stop stalkers or simply curious people. According to statistics, in 2004, about 10 people entered the hospital territory, 6 of them were found dead. During the summer of 2006, 13 bodies were found.

People are still disappearing and dying in the building. The local office has over 1,500 applications for Umbrella. Therefore, the chain of bodies found there does not stop.

Plans for an abandoned building

For 24 years, the neurological hospital (Khovrino) stood and attracted extreme sports enthusiasts. But in 2009, the entire complex of the unfinished hospital was transferred to the ownership of the city of Moscow. Property rights have been registered. In the same year, the question of demolishing the building was raised. A certain investor agreed to demolish the hospital at his own expense, but in exchange demanded the land plot on which the hospital was located. The Property Department gave its consent, but the demolition of the property did not occur, since this investor disappeared under unclear circumstances.

Three years later, in 2012, the question of demolishing the hospital and building two new buildings in its place again arises. In the fall, the land plot with the facility was put up at auction for a very high price - 1 billion 800 million rubles. The building remained unpurchased.

In 2014, they decided to demolish the hospital building and build a new medical building on this site. Therefore, in 2015, the issue of demolishing the Khovrinskaya hospital at the expense of public funds was raised. Afterwards, this plot of land will be auctioned for the construction of a new medical center.

  1. In 2015, it is planned to make a horror film about the abandoned Khovrinsky hospital.
  2. In the story “Kremlin 2222. Khovrino” by D. Sillov and S. Stepanov, the hospital is described as a place where the ancient Evil is reborn.
  3. Not only the shape of the building, but also the film “Resident Evil” influenced the name Umbrella.
  4. Informals penetrate the territory: goths, emo, punks. In this regard, all the walls are covered with graffiti.
  5. Umbrella has its own guardian - Raf. It is impossible to find it, even if you search hard. At times he saves people caught in traps.

The main attraction of the Moscow city district of Khovrino is an abandoned hospital building built in the 1980s. Today this place, like a magnet, attracts informal people of all stripes and is surrounded by a huge number of mystical legends.

They say there are ghosts there, and people and animals disappear. Some of them are later found dead.

According to one version, the hospital was built on the site of the cemetery at the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God “The Sign,” which was liquidated in 1960. Another version says that construction was carried out on the site of a drained swamp. First, it was as if a bomb shelter was built there, and then they began to build a hospital on top of it - a pompous medical complex with several access roads for ambulances and its own morgue, crematorium and helipad.

Construction went according to plan, all that remained was to complete the interior decoration, but in 1985 the work was stopped. The fact is that the building began to go underground. Some blamed the swamp for this, some blamed the Likhoborka River flowing underground, and some blamed the “quicksand”.

One way or another, settlement and cracks arose, and construction was frozen. Although some believe that there simply were not enough funds to complete the work... At first, the site was guarded by the military, but a year later it remained abandoned. After this, construction was attempted to be resumed several times, but the attempts were unsuccessful.

The unfinished building is a 10-story structure, with a three-level roof and four-level basements (the lower levels are partially flooded). The ground part has the shape of a triangular cross with branches at the ends.

They say that the once abandoned, unfinished building was chosen by the Satanist sect Nemostor as its residence. Satanists allegedly practiced human sacrifice. One way or another, there was a time when people began to disappear in Khovrin, especially children and local homeless people, as well as dogs... And as if all the missing were sacrificed by sectarians who chose for their rituals either the basement of the main building, or the tunnel between two buildings - first and second.

Somehow, the police and riot police staged a raid on the Nemostor Satanists, who were suspected of murder. They refused to give up. According to one of the versions, the sectarians were driven into the basement and shot there, and the basement was then flooded. According to the second version, no one shot anyone, the non-Mostorovites were simply squeezed in a tunnel between two buildings and they blew it up at both ends, which again caused the tunnel to flood... The corpses are probably still there to this day. And the man who showed the authorities how to get into the tunnel disappeared somewhere.

For some time, only homeless people lived in the building, then Satanists appeared again, but another sect - the “Black Cross”... They say that Satanists gather in Khovrinka to this day. They chose a room for themselves on the fifth floor in the very center of the main building. There are no windows or doors, and you can get there by moving the wall... After sunset, sectarians hold black masses. But without human casualties...

In one of the semi-basement rooms, the walls are covered with satanic and gothic texts and symbols. It's like there's a ghost there. Or maybe even more than one... Eyewitnesses have repeatedly reported that with the onset of darkness, strange cone-shaped silhouettes begin to move around the building, mysterious sounds are heard, similar to children's screams and crying...

The fact is that, according to stories, many people died here. And not only victims of satanic rituals. There are a huge number of sinkholes and holes in the building... And there are people who specifically set up “traps” for strangers. The gaps are covered with iron sheets, and below there is a forest of metal rods...

In general, there are many dangerous places in the building. Experienced “stalkers” know about them, but accidents often happen to inexperienced daredevils. Suicides also occurred here. Once, 16-year-old Alexey Krayushkin, nicknamed Kray, voluntarily jumped into an elevator shaft from the eighth floor because of unhappy love. In memory of him, flowers and cigarettes are brought here... It is believed that his spirit haunts Khovrinka.

Now representatives of other informal organizations hang out in Khovrinka - goths, punks, emo, skinheads, national socialists... According to unverified data, training of the NSO, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and industrial climbers, as well as shooting training, took place here. Although the building is surrounded by a fence and is under guard, informals still continue to enter there. Even groups of extreme tourists are organized who want to experience thrills under the guidance of stalkers for money...

At one time there were rumors about the demolition of the KhZB. However, according to the latest information, the building along with the land was put up for auction.
