Orlovsky Park residential complex. Residential complex Orlovsky Park from SK Peak in the Primorsky region. Infrastructure and transport accessibility

IC "PIK" plans to build Residential complex "Orlovsky Park". An area of 7.8 hectares has been allocated for construction. Construction work will be divided into two phases. At the same time, the houses included in the Orlovsky Park residential complex will not be higher than 70 meters. Calculations were made in such a way that 3 meters were calculated per 1 level. As a result, the buildings will have 23 floors. When construction is completed, residents will be able to move into many apartments of various layouts, on which the price directly depends.

Options for apartments and layouts

Today it is known that 1,306 residential areas will be put into operation first. A parking lot for 1,609 cars will be equipped for residents. The complex will include a school and two kindergartens. Information has been received from the developer that there will be no apartments on the first floors and they will become non-residential. Cafes, shops and pharmacies will be organized there.

Ecology nearby

The complex will be built near the green Novo-Orlovsky Park, through which the Kamenka River flows. The proximity to the park and the absence of large industrial enterprises makes the future residential complex attractive from an environmental point of view.

Location

The site allocated for construction is located in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg, namely on Orlovo-Denisovsky Avenue. From the center of St. Petersburg you can come here along Suzdal Highway. It is worth noting that the infrastructure of the area is still developing, and the nearest shops are 1.5 km away, and you will have to get to schools and kindergartens by bus.

As a result, the developer is faced with the task of creating the entire infrastructure practically from scratch. It is not yet known when construction will be completed, but the first buildings can be seen today.

In the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg, ProfService will build the Orlovsky Park residential complex. The developer is a young company affiliated with the PIK group. Comfort-class housing is being built on Orlovo-Denisovsky Avenue.

Project

A plot of 7.8 hectares is allocated for development. Construction will be divided into phases, within which eight 12-25 storey buildings will be built.

The new building offers apartments from studios to four-room apartments. Housing is rented furnished:

  • domestically produced interior doors;
  • in the rooms there is wallpaper for painting and laminate;
  • The bathrooms have tiles and plumbing fixtures.

According to the PIK-Standard set of rules, the entrance areas will be end-to-end, without thresholds or ramps. The developer will install playgrounds and recreation areas in the courtyards. The territory is closed from transport. Otis brand elevators will be installed in the entrances. A multi-level parking lot, a school and a kindergarten will be built for residents. The first floors of the complex are non-residential, with commercial premises for cafes, shops and pharmacies.

Location

The Orlovsky Park residential complex is located on Orlovo-Denisovsky Avenue. To the south of the site is Novo-Orlovsky Park, through which the Kamenka River flows. The forest park is surrounded on both sides by reservoirs - the Shuvalovsky quarry and the Sudal lakes. There are also industrial facilities in the area. In the special economic zone "Novo-Orlovskaya" next to the complex, 18 thousand jobs will be created at enterprises. So far, only two factories operate here: the pharmaceutical Novartis and the mechanical engineering Reducer.

The area's infrastructure is still developing. The nearest shops are 1.5 km away, and you will have to take a bus to get to schools and kindergartens. The developer will have to create all social facilities from scratch.

You can leave the area along the Suzdal Highway. There are two routes to the Ring Road - through the Vyborg Highway and Parachute Street. During peak hours, traffic jams form on the roads. An alternative to motor transport will be the Parachutnaya metro station. While it is being designed, its opening will occur no earlier than 2025. The nearest working station, Prospekt Prosveshcheniya, is 3.5 kilometers away.
