We were on vacation with a friend. We chose a hotel for a long time and were not mistaken. We checked in quickly. The room is clean, the linen is luxurious and snow-white. The furniture is not very new, but all in good condition. Comfortable large wardrobe, free safe in the room. Large shower. Everything is clean and the towels are snow-white. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily and the bar was replenished too. For which I am very grateful. Food is a different matter. It is very difficult to satisfy and surprise me, but they succeeded. I worked in a restaurant for 20 years, and I know what is good and bad, tasty and beautiful. The range of dishes is huge. Everything is super delicious. Respect to the chef. The beach and sea are very clean. There is sand and grass. For fresh water lovers there are swimming pools with entertainment. The area is not very large, but very beautiful and well-groomed. And what beautiful and affectionate cats there are here. This is a miracle! If you want to relax and not look for flaws, this is the place for you. I forgot to mention COFFEE. Turkish and cappuccino are something. And most importantly - around the clock. Having decided to repeat our holiday at the Crystal Tat hotel, we were not disappointed, but only strengthened in the correctness of our decision, especially since we would not exchange the Belek resort for any other. Since we arrived again, we were immediately accommodated. In our room we had bathrobes and slippers, a bottle of red wine and fruit, for which we are especially grateful for the attentiveness of the administration. The hotel beach is excellent, the sand is cleaned every day and the wooden paths are swept. There are a lot of sun loungers, we always found free ones. There is an ashtray near each umbrella, and there are plenty of trash cans. A couple of times employees even came around and handed out frozen scented napkins, a small thing, but nice. The entrance to the sea is gentle, there are no stones at the bottom. About nutrition, I can say that everything is enough to eat varied and tasty every day. Meat and chicken dishes are top notch. Different types of grilled fish were served daily. The side dishes are always fresh, full of salads and vegetables. I love peaches and watermelons, there are so many of them here that I ate my fill. In the afternoon you could have a snack at the bar, including French fries, flatbreads, pizza, and hamburgers. Drinks I liked were beer, wine, cocktails, and gin. The waiters and bartenders are always friendly, they serve both Russians and foreigners equally well, I especially took a closer look at this moment. Animation was carried out actively, both during the day and in the evening. My husband and I did not want to take part in it; no one forced us or forced us to. The animators always said hello and smiled. We went on an excursion to Pamukkale and the ancient city of Side, we liked both. I would like to give advice to those tourists who have a late departure. Rent a bungalow near the beach, have a lot of fun and be able to swim in the sea before leaving. Conveniently, the Crystal Tat Hotel is located close to the airport. The transfer dropped us off first and picked us up last; there was no need to wander around for a long time and stop at other hotels. The area is very beautiful, with many alleys, flowers, palm trees. Free internet is available everywhere. Very close to everything: beach, restaurant, bars, pool. By the way, absolutely all the tables, chairs, umbrellas, sun loungers are new, it’s clear that they were recently replaced. The beach is magnificent, sandy, the entrance to the sea is gradual. There is no need to occupy sun loungers on the beach in the morning; you can find free ones at any time. Before lunch the sea was calm, after lunch there were always waves. The food is very decent. I was glad that they offered freshly squeezed juices for breakfast: carrot, orange. There are a lot of types of cheeses, yoghurts, excellent pastries. For lunch and dinner they offered several types of meat and fish, side dishes, various salads, vegetables, and fruits. After lunch we enjoyed ice cream in a cafe, there are always several types of it, very tasty. The animation is decent, cute girls do exercises and aerobics. In general, the contingent of vacationers was decent; no screaming companies were noticed. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

We rested together with our son. We arrived at half past eight in the morning, managed to have breakfast in the restaurant, and then we were immediately given the keys to a room with a sea view, and we did not pay anything extra. The room is large and neat. The area is picturesque, a lot of greenery. Absolutely everywhere, even on the beach and in the room there was good free wi-fi. They fed us like they were being slaughtered. They always served some kind of meat dishes from chicken, turkey, beef, lamb. There are more than enough various salads, side dishes, simply chopped vegetables, cheeses, and sausages. The fruits were: peaches, strawberries, watermelon, melon. Delicious flatbreads are baked near the pool bar. They distributed ice cream in unlimited quantities to one person. Children's animation is excellent, thanks to Larisa and Vlada, who played, made fakes, drew with the children, and held mini-discos. My son happily ran to the mini-club, and I could calmly enjoy my vacation.

We vacation in Turkey regularly! We traveled all the coasts and resorts. I would say this: a good price-quality ratio. The hotel is not new, one building, central air conditioning. The temperature is set to 24 degrees and there is no way to change it. On particularly hot days, I coped rather poorly: (The area is compact, cozy, but outside is empty, the nearest populated area is a 40-minute walk in one direction, and in the hotel shops, the prices are, of course, jacked up. I liked the food: varied, tasty and around the clock:) Waiters serve everywhere (even in the snack cafe) and will bring any drinks. The animation is varied, but without enchanting shows: active during the day (aerobics, bocce, shooting, darts, belly dancing, zumba, football, volleyball, etc., in the evening a children's disco, then a show (mainly invited acrobats, dancers, circus performers), then live music at the pool bar and a disco in the indoor hall until the morning (you can’t hear the music, it doesn’t bother anyone)). The sea is excellent, there are water slides, an indoor pool with cool water in the spa center, a central pool (shared, where the whole crowd is usually), a pool for 16+ (children are not allowed there, it is quiet, comfortable with a jacuzzi section) and there is also a paddling pool under a canopy in the mini-club. In general, if you are not one of those who find fault with all the little things, then a stay in this hotel will not leave you with negative emotions. An ordinary five star, not luxury...

The last time I vacationed at Tat Beach was in May 2016 and I had very good impressions of it. In May 19th, I also vacationed at the Crystal chain, but at the Paraiso Verde hotel in Bogazkent, I also liked it. Therefore, when the question arose about choosing a hotel for October and the Amoma.com reservation system offered a price for ten days at Crystal Tat Beach at 75,800 rubles. I made a reservation for two with a light heart, paid for it and began to patiently wait for a meeting with a previously favorite hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were stunned by the fact that our reservation was canceled by the reservation agent, our money had not been received into the hotel’s bank account, and we were refused check-in, asking us to pay for our stay again. As it turned out a little later, Amoma.com went bankrupt and abandoned thousands of customers around the world. To my calls for mercy, to the fact that I am a frequent guest of Crystal hotels, that I found myself in an unexpected situation that was not my fault (in the hope of understanding and at least some kind of discount, since I did not expect to pay the full amount again and had not prepared any money for this) , a short meeting was held at the reception, calls were made somewhere there (obviously to the management) and I (obviously assessing my hopelessness) were “kindly” offered a price 25% higher than the price of the already paid reservation. The number of rooms is very, very tired and requires urgent updating. If the condition of the rooms themselves is even more or less tolerable, then the corridors are amazing! We have already written about the old, holey carpet here; the appearance of the doors and walls also leaves much to be desired. The cat house, which was once the pride of the hotel, stands on the side of the road, all lopsided and about to collapse. And so it is everywhere. But what shocked me the most was the restaurant. There are no special complaints about the work of the waiters, the rest is complete minuses. Look at the price of sliced ​​cheese that is not the first freshness, covered with some kind of mucus and covered with flies. Yes, and any other dishes - translation of products, because... I asked the waiter to pour some water into the glasses at dinner... He brought the water in a one and a half liter bottle and poured it into the glasses himself. Like service... When asked to leave the bottle on the table (in case I wanted more water), he reacted as if I had decided to rob the hotel, snatched it from my outstretched hands and quickly walked away. Minibar...its content is something! The room is designed for three, in the minibar there is one bottle of cola, one forfeit (0.33 each), one beer 0.25 (!) and two 0.33 water each. And this is for 10 thousand per day... In short, savings on guests in everything. I won’t write for a long time, everything has been written in previous reviews. Brief summary - this hotel costs a maximum of 6 thousand for two adults at the height of the season. Anything more is a clear overpayment. So make your own decisions - it’s not worth going to this hotel for a higher price. Well, in the future, of course, I myself will hardly have any desire to go to this hotel.…
